Although Pharmacy Consulting did not take a stand at this year’s show we attended, sat in on some of the presentations, networked, met with our clients and identified some new opportunities for pharmacies and ourselves. Networking is powerful with a few successful business leads and projects already signed up from the show….one company realised they needed a WDA and were working on that already!
Our highlights from the Show
- Robotics and 24/7 prescription collection solutions. Not new innovations but interesting to see the latest technology. See our PCL/Tutela film on YouTube
- CBD gummies were everywhere this year but the nicest tasting for us was Orange County CBD, yellow one left no bitter aftertaste, top taste!
- Vitamins galore in 2022 – The most interesting for us were the OQO single dose sachets and their Diso wafers which had colourful packing and the wafer dissolved on the tongue quickly so ideal for children and elderly- no chocking hazards and easy to administer -see my photo
- FRIGG pacifiers for children in different sizes, pastel colours with detachable parts for easy cleaning and to match different outfits. Awesome!
- Monitoring devices for home use
- Testing for strep A, cholesterol, allergies, multiple test capability in some of the equipment delivering fast, accurate, lab-comparable results. The industry is awash with products but some of them were cleaver and the prices were ok too!

- Stocktakers: Brokers who can value and sell your business, Accountants and lawyers to help you manage your finances along with compliance Bridging firms to help with finance if you need it
- Cold chain solutions for pharmacies, clinics and hospitals – always a huge part of Pharmacy Consulting Audits and every pharmacy that holds stock.
- MS licence holders such as Eaststones and Rockshaw
