PAYMENT

Please note: all training must be paid for in advance of the course.

If you have selected to pay by corporate invoice, please ensure the invoice is paid in full prior to attendance of the course.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. All courses are subject to a minimum number of delegates. If the minimum number is not met 7 days prior to the start date, any delegates booked onto the course will be offered:

a. to move their booking to the next available date for the course they have booked.

b. receive a refund.

2. Cancellation made by the delegate

To cancel a place on any of PCL training courses, notice of cancellation must be given by email to [email protected]

  • If you cancel at least 30 working days prior to the start of the course, then you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
  • If you cancel 14 working days prior to the start of the course, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel 7 days prior to the start of the course, you will receive a 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 working days before the event, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.

3. Cancellation made by PCL

In the case of a course cancellation, within 10 working days of the start date, delegates will either be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.

  • We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control.
  • An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, strikes or other industrial action, civil commotion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, epidemic, adverse weather conditions or other natural disasters.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms: 

a. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

b. We will, where possible, propose alternative arrangements (which may include alternative dates or venues) for the Course.

4. Transfer to a different name

If you would like to change the name of the attendees, please inform PCL at least 2 days before the course start date.

5. Transfer to a different date

If you are unable to attend the training and wish to be transferred to a different date, you need to inform us at least 10 days before your original date to be transferred to a new date without an additional fee.

You may only be transferred once, unless in exceptional circumstances.

Proprietary Information

All slide decks have been created by Pharmacy Consulting Limited for the purposes of the specific training topic and as such are considered proprietary information. The slides are not provided as part of the training fee and you are not authorised to transfer, copy or share the slides without prior explicit, written consent from Pharmacy Consulting Limited. Recording of the training, by any means, is prohibited without prior consent from Pharmacy Consulting Limited.
