For wholesalers, I think there will be more quality work to be done, more export and more importing. This will require more staff input and it may require more highly skilled team members.
Will they require MS licences or MIAs in future for EU imports as well as imports from the rest of the world. Some wholesalers do not have to hire more staff to facilitate the new requirements.
The skills of the team will also have to monitor currency fluctuations and regulatory changes in the UK and in the countries the purchase from and sell to.
