If you wholesale you will be familiar with the MHRA, asking you for the contract with your alarm company and asking you how often the alarm is tested. How you prevent unauthorised access into your warehouse. Why does GPhC not ask similar questions about your Pharmacy? Why don’t Superintendent pharmacists risk assess their premises, ensure their staff, customers and medicines are safe and secure. They need to do this urgently as there has been a spate of crime affecting pharmacies. You may wish to install a CCTV or a better alarm or panic button. Ensure your pharmacists are safe if they are alone in the consultation rooms providing services and the counter staff are safe if left alone while your pharmacist delivers the services in the consultation room.
Is your pharmacy secure?
