The 3 Ts which are proving to be dysfunctional – Test, Track and Trace!

The UKs test, track and trace system has been experienced by some of my employees and it has been a fairly unpleasant experience with conflicting advice being given , with different numbers of days suggested for self-isolation which has a knock on for the employee in terms of loss of earnings. Despite a negative test self-isolation was required which does not really make sense. The cost of this process could be better utilised by helping people  who have been shielding and having to isolate.
