Both Jackie and Sandeep made it really easy to understand the content – they encouraged discussion but also made sure that focus was given to areas specific to the attendees. Overall I enjoyed the course and found it far less overwhelming than I expected.

Our trainer Jackie was extremely knowledgeable and the way how the material was presented was very interesting. I found her also very helpful, explaining every questions and doubts perfectly. I would highly recommend Jackie as a trainer and also as a consultant.
