As part of their duty of care, holders of WDA(H) should:

*    Only order from ‘Bona Fide’ suppliers by undertaking rigorous checks to ensure they are licensed
*    Train staff to look for differences in packaging and the physical characteristics of product (look, feel and smell)
*    Ensure goods are transported securely to prevent diversion and subsequent replacement with falsified medicines
*    Be cautious of cheap deals on offer
