Care Quality Commission aims to maximise patient outcomes by optimising the effectiveness and safety of medicine use in registered service providers registered providers.

The aim of CQC when it comes to medicine management is getting the best treatment possible for patients through better management and use of their medicines. This is achieved by setting essential standards and measuring compliance with them. Inspectors will ask the following:

Is the service safe and effective?

Is the service managed well, led by the management team?

With an inbuilt quality culture?

Is the service caring and responsive?

Is your practice safe? Do you keep your Quality System up to date? What part of the supply chain are you? Wholesale supplier of medicines, Pharmacy, CQC registered care provider
