The Importance of Quality

The role, Quality Assurance (QA), is quite literally as described on the tin! The main role within QA is to ensure that there are no mistakes made in any area that you’re involved with, be it documentation or computing. Regardless of the sector you may choose or find yourself working in, I have found that the most important skills to this role are being a good communicator, organised and patient.

Whilst it may seem tedious to some, Quality Assurance is one of the more important aspects to the RP role. It is the bread and butter that keeps you compliant and cannot be underestimated. As a Trainee RP it is the best way to learn the role and learn exactly how clients work and their expectations.

For those of you within the pharmaceutical industry, you will know all too well how quickly things change. It is important to keep up to date. Here’s your friendly reminder, have you reviewed your QMS following Brexit and the MHRA updates. Have you included RPi if it applies to you?

Testimonials

“Really enjoyed the training session over the last 3 days, John was a great presenter who did really well considering he had an audience from all over the UK…infact the world! I’m sure the face to face/classroom style presentation would have been more interactive as I certainly missed being able to bounce off others but this is no fault of John or the course contents. Learned so much from the past few days, more than I actually realised that I would. Thank you!”  February 2021… Read more
