A proud Survitec liferaft team who originally packed a raft in September 2000 in Dunmurry in Belfast when the raft was “ Born “ were able to be traced to see their raft in action saving three Portuguese fishermen’s lives after they were forced to abandon their vessel. Good documentation practice, record keeping, and personal responsibilities in this industry ensures robust traceability.
