Pharmacy Consulting believes that many wholesalers technical agreements with both suppliers and customers are not robust enough.
This can result in loss of revenue if the stock is lost or damaged in transit and there is disparity in the assumption of responsibility in terms of insurance.
Wholesalers who export are even more at risk as they often are dealing in much larger volumes and the potential loss, if a customer does not pay for their goods can be much higher.
Warehouse Licence holders will have to have a Quality Management Systems (QMS) in place in the future and this will include HR contracts, training files, and Governance Policies etc will all have to be put in place.
