The aim of the technical agreement between your company and transportation provider is to ensure your products are delivered in GDP compliance manner and to reduce deviations, errors, timelines and of course cost. It should clearly describe all elements of respective roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and expectations from both sides.
