After reviewing some  websites that sell vitamins I am astonished at the medical claims being made by many of these sites.  If there is a medical claim made then the vitamin may find itself re-classed as a medicine!

There are sites selling herbal equivalents of the famous little blue  diamond which makes claims to boost your sex life.  Buyers beware! If the price is too cheap do some research, check out the website, check out the company, check out the product.  If they have a call centre ring it up and ask some questions before you part  with your hard earned cash.

And if you are in doubt as to who to buy from or who to ask for help ask a dietitian, your local pharmacist or call the Lambert’s help line +44 (0) 1892 554 314 , or http://www.lambertshealthcare.co.uk/page/contact/.

What is your experience with vitamins and online ordering? We’d love to hear to hear from you here.

“Really enjoyed the training session over the last 3 days, John was a great presenter who did really well considering he had an audience from all over the UK…infact the world! I’m sure the face to face/classroom style presentation would have been more interactive as I certainly missed being able to bounce off others but this is no fault of John or the course contents. Learned so much from the past few days, more than I actually realised that I would. Thank you!”  February 2021… Read more
