If your customers collect and use “Ex-works” Incoterms this does not relinquish your responsibilities as a wholesaler. The MHRA will ask for evidence to show you have qualified and risk assessed the route and the delivery was within the temperature requirements for the product. It must also be remembered that some products are very sensitive to moisture.
