Like most things, this is changing, and a basic understanding is not enough anymore. As of this year, we run one three-day course every month at locations across the country to meet everyone’s needs. For many taking three days out of the business can be a hard decision to make but with the current expectation placed on RPs and business owners alike, we would highly recommend it. All our team have taken the training and have received their certification from Cogent following completion of the course questionnaires.
