NHS Covid Pass, as of Monday the 19th of July you may be requested to demonstrate your COVID-19 Status at places in England that use the service as a condition of entry to a venue or event.
The NHS COVID Pass lets you share your COVID-19 vaccination records or COVID-19 test status in a secure way. The Pass also provides a means to show others the details of your COVID-19 vaccination(s) status when travelling abroad to certain countries or territories. In addition to your NHS COVID Pass, you will also be required to follow additional rules when travelling abroad. (These additional requirements for international travel from England can be found in the link below).
You should ensure that the name on your passport matches that displayed on your COVID-19 Pass, and this should be checked at least two weeks prior to travel. If the name displayed differs contact your GP practice to update the details accordingly.
The UK Government is working with the devolved administrations to ensure that everyone in the UK is able to provide proof of their COVID-19 status.
If you are not fully vaccinated, entry requirements of the country you are travelling to should still continue to be followed and you should ensure that you research the requirements of your destination country before travelling. Further details on entry requirements can be found on the websites of your destination country as well as on the GOV.UK foreign travel advice pages.
