Bercrow says NO you cannot address parliament and May says Yes please come and visit as soon as possible as we want to talk TRADE DEAL!

This is the silo thinking and working seem all the time in a wholesaler’s business! The commercial team say we must push sales at whatever cost and the quality team say but what are the risks of dealing with this customer!

What happens in your wholesale business? Do you feel compromised in your RP role?   It is better to be proactive and to talk to each other and have regular meetings rather that deal with the potential fallout. Remember also that chapter 1 of GDP expects you to evidence your quality management meetings with a detailed agenda and minutes.
