Do you review the Revoked and Suspended Licences list at least twice a month? Do you print the register, check who is on it and check they are not on your approved supplier or customer list, sign, date and file to evidence compliance?
If not please ensure you alter your procedure to include this check in future or you may have a non-conformity in your next inspection.
The MHRA now update the list contemporaneously so waiting to check it monthly, quarterly or annually is now not enough.
