In the TAs with your logistics companie,s who is responsible if the lorry is stuck in snow or floods and the product is stored out with GDP guidelines? Who makes the decision to write off the stock? What does your TA with your Contract RP look like ? Would you be informed of the deviation ?
Will your TAs be robust enough to meet the challenges facing the supply chain next year when the new Falsified Medicines Directive 2011/62/EU comes into play.
