Well simply it’s because no two businesses are alike and SOPs must reflect your business model and your processes.
Every business is different, they sell to different customers, they buy from different suppliers, some have offices, some have warehouses and not all use the same management systems. Some businesses do their own deliveries, some use special logistics companies and some have their customers collect. Think about what you do!
