Following Brexit and GB leaving the EU. The MHRA have advised that following the exit date of 1st of January 2021 GB wholesale dealers may only import QP certified medicines from EEA if certain checks are made by the appointed RPI.
If you are currently importing have you made your declaration within the 6 month cut off date
- If you have already made your declaration
- Have you received the updated declaration from the MHRA?
- Does your WDA(H) reflect all the relevant licenses as per your business scope and Bona Fides
- If you have not made your declaration and informed the MHRA of your appointed RPI yet, you are required to do so within the 2 year transition period ending on 1st of January 2023 in order to maintain compliance.
