Are you applying for CQC registration?
Are you aware that guild lines state that your registered manager must have received an enhanced DBS disclosure within the last six months and that the application for disclosure must have been countersigned by the CQC?
If they have not done so the CQC will simply return your application.
Your CQC application will vary depending on which type of service provider you are and which of the 15 regulated activities you carry out and also whether you are applying as a) an individual b) a partnership or c) an organisation.
