The MHRA launched their portal in line with the above standards. The existing MHRA customers were preloaded onto the new MHRA portal and they can now manage their own data and thus the MHRA staff can focus on customer service and adding value. New MHRA customers have to register and the MHRA will take two to four days to check the details and approve them.
