Cannabidiol with clobazam is recommended for seizures associated with Dravet syndrome for patients over the age of 2 years where the specialist health care provider checks the frequency of drop seizures every 6 months. If the frequency has not fallen by 30% when comparing the results with the 6 months before starting treatment with the cannabidiol then the cannabidiol must be stopped. |
