From Doncaster Pharmaceuticals Group Limited, to Doncaster Pharma Limited, BModesto Group, are relaunching and rebranding Doncaster Pharmaceuticals Group Limited (DPGL) after a recent partial buyout.
This is great news for many thousands of pharmacies that were previously supplied medicines from DPGL, Eclipse Generics Limited, and Testerworld Limited, all part of the Converse Group, who filed for Administration in May of this year.
DPGL, along with Testerworld Limited and Eclipse Generics have ceased trading in May of this year with immediate effect, meaning hundreds of people were made redundant, and thousands of Pharmacies were a supplier short.
With the BModesto Group’s acquisition including warehouse facilities, product licences for importing Pharmaceuticals from Europe and some key skilled trained staff, it can only be great news for the industry.
